CHARITY-SHIRT "THIS SHI(R)T HELPS"

Freundschaft kennt keine Grenzen!
Als Thomas erfuhr, dass sein Schulfreund aus der ersten Klasse, Domen, der aus Slowenien kommt und mittlerweile wieder dort wohnt, seit Jahren mit Krebs im fortgeschrittenen Stadium kämpft, ließ er alles stehen und liegen, um ihn zu besuchen und seine Arbeit zu dokumentieren. Die Begegnung hatte eine Podcastfolge mit dem Titel „Slowenien“ und ein englischsprachiges YouTube-Video, „Thomas in Slovenia“, zur Folge. Damit wurde ein globales Publikum berührt und brachte die Hörer:innen und Zuschauer:innen dazu, sich tiefe Gedanken über das Leben, Freundschaft, Pferdefleisch und den eigenen Darm zu machen. Das zugehörige, von Domen designte, Shirt ist farbenfroh, expressiv, lustig und verleugnet doch nicht seinen ernsten Kern. Es wurde - wie alle unsere Shirts - unter fairen Bedingungen aus Bio-Baumwolle hergestellt und in Berlin mit viel Liebe bedruckt. Als besonderes Feature werden pro Shirt 5 € an die slowenische Anlaufstelle der Organisation „EuropaColon“ gespendet, die in 24 Ländern Europas Menschen mit Darmkrebs unterstützt und gegenüber der Gesundheitspolitik für deren Interessen eintritt. Im Nackendruck des Shirts wird nicht nur auf die spezielle Zusammenarbeit, sondern auch dezent auf den Zweck hingewiesen. This shi(r)t helps!

Friendship knows no borders!
When Thomas found out that his first grade school friend Domen, who is originally from Slovenia and now lives there again, had been battling cancer for years, he dropped everything to visit him and document his work. The encounter resulted in a podcast episode "Slovenia" and an English-language YouTube video "Thomas in Slovenia“. The content touched hundreds of thousands of listeners and followers worldwide and made them think deeply about life, friendship, horse meat and their own intestinal health. The associated shirt designed by Domen is colorful, expressive, funny and yet it doesn't deny its serious core. Like all of our shirts, it was made from organic cotton under fair conditions and was lovingly printed in Berlin. As a special feature, €5 per shirt will be donated to the Slovenian branch of the organization „EuropaColon“, which supports people with colon cancer in 24 European countries and advocates their interests in relation to health policy. The print in the neck of the shirt not only refers to the special cooperation, but also gives light to the purpose. This shi(r)t helps!

Prijateljstvo ne pozna meja!
Ko je Thomas izvedel, da se njegov prvošolski prijatelj Domen, ki zdaj spet živi v domači Sloveniji, že par let bori z napredovanim rakom, je opustil vse, da bi ga obiskal in dokumentiral njegovo delo. Iz srečanja sta nastala podcast epizoda "Slovenia" in angleški YouTube video "Thomas in Slovenia", ki sta se dotaknila na tisoče poslušalcev in sledilcev po vsem svetu ter jih spodbudila k globokemu razmišljanju o življenju, prijateljstvu, konjskem mesu in lastnem črevesju.
Dotična majica, ki jo je oblikoval Domen, je barvita, ekspresivna in duhovita vendar kljub temu ne zanika svojega resnega jedra. Tako kot vse naše majice je izdelana iz organskega bombaža v poštenih pogojih in ljubeče natisnjena v Berlinu. Kot posebnost bomo 5 € od vsake prodane majice namenili slovenski kontaktni točki organizacije »EuropaColon«, ki podpira ljudi z rakom debelega črevesa v 24 evropskih državah in zagovarja njihove interese v povezavi z zdravstveno politiko.
